OEM branding
Pick a device from the catalog of brandable, production-ready hardware. Your logo, your artwork, your colorways — on hardware that already exists and already works.
DOMESTIC PRODUCT DESIGN · SHENZHEN MANUFACTURING · PACKAGING
Twelve years of OEM/ODM vaporizer engineering, direct factory relationships in Shenzhen, and a shelf of firsts — including the horizontal ceramic bucket. Bring a concept. Leave with a device that ships.
ENGAGEMENT SPECS
OMEGA ELITE · ALL-IN-ONE
Designed for solid extracts, engineered to eliminate the conversion step.
HARDWARE CREDITS
01
Pick a device from the catalog of brandable, production-ready hardware. Your logo, your artwork, your colorways — on hardware that already exists and already works.
02
Industrial design, mechanics, airflow, and thermal behavior, heating element selection, PCB, and firmware direction, and a full DFM package your factory can quote from.
03
Production through vetted partner factories in Shenzhen: tooling, prototype builds, testing, pilot runs, QC standards and mass production built to the spec we wrote together.
04
Retail boxes, inserts, child-resistant formats, and print-ready dielines — designed from your palette, your logos, and a written design direction.
CLIENT BRANDING
Colorways, finishes, artwork and marks applied to platforms that are already engineered and already in production. It is the shortest route there is from a brand to a product on a shelf.
SELECTED WORK
An all-in-one built around a glazed ceramic cup that takes solid and semi-solid extract directly — no heating, no conversion to liquid, no material lost on the way into the device. Every part of it, from the ceramic architecture to the thermal profile to the way it sits in a hand, was designed to make that one idea work at production volume.
Designed here. Tooled, validated, and built through partner factories in Shenzhen.
HOW A PROJECT RUNS
STEP 01
Consultation
A paid hour on your agenda. Bring whatever you have — a sketch, a competitor, or just a question about how any of this works.
STEP 02
Scope & lock-in
A deposit reserves my calendar and starts real work. We fix scope, deliverables, and the fee in writing before anything begins.
STEP 03 · 30 DAYS
Design
Industrial and mechanical design, renders, and a manufacturing-ready spec package delivered inside thirty days.
STEP 04 · 7–9 WKS
Prototyping & tooling
Working samples first, then injection molds cut to your tolerances. Fit, finish, draw, and heat all get settled before steel.
STEP 05 · 5–6 WKS
EVT · DVT · PVT
Three formal validation rounds: does it work, does it work reliably, and can the line build it repeatably at volume.
STEP 06 · 4–6 WKS
Mass production
Full production against the QC standard set in PVT, packed in the packaging designed alongside it, and shipped.
WHO YOU’RE HIRING
I have been building vaporizer hardware since 2013 — heating elements, cartridges, disposables, and all-in-one devices — and I coined the term horizontal ceramic bucket in 2018. I work directly with engineering teams in Shenzhen rather than through a broker, which is why the timelines on this site are real ones.
Based in Spokane, Washington. Business conducted in English, Mandarin, and Spanish.

Do I need a consultation before hiring you?
No, but most people start there. It is the fastest way to find out whether your idea is manufacturable before committing to a design budget, and it is credited back if you go on to commission a project.
Should I do OEM branding or a custom device?
If a device already on the market would work with your branding on it, brand it — you are to market in about forty days instead of a year, for a fraction of the cost. Go custom when the thing you need does not exist yet, or when owning the design is the point.
How long does a custom device really take?
Six to twelve months from concept to market-ready, sometimes longer. Design is thirty days of that; the rest is tooling, validation, and production, and those lead times are not compressible. OEM branding is the answer if you need product sooner.
Who owns the design?
You do. Once final payment clears and the files are transferred, the design is yours outright — 100%. I retain no equity and no ownership stake unless we agree otherwise in writing beforehand.
Can you manufacture a design I already own?
Yes. Bring your files and I will review them for manufacturability, then route production through the right partner factory.
What do you need before packaging work starts?
Your color palette with Pantone (PMS) numbers, your logo files in vector format, and a written design direction. Without those three, the 30-business-day clock does not start.
Book the consult, or send the concept over and I will tell you straight whether it can be made.
