Consultation

One-hour Zoom call
A full hour of my time, on your agenda. Most people use it to pressure-test a concept before spending real money, or to understand how branded vape hardware actually gets made — what a factory can do, what it will refuse, what it costs, and how long it truly takes.

CREDITED IF YOU MOVE FORWARD
Commission a design project and the full $2,500 is credited — against the $5,000 deposit or the final balance, your choice. The call effectively costs you nothing if we work together. If you decide not to proceed, it was simply the fee for an hour of consulting.

OEM branding

Plus device cost at MOQ · ~40 days door to door
The fast path. Pick a device from our catalog of brandable, OEM-ready hardware, put your logo and artwork on it, choose your colorways, and go to market. The design fee is a flat $700 — you pay that plus the cost of the devices at the factory's minimum order quantity.
No tooling, no validation cycles, no six-month program. The hardware is already engineered and already in production; we are putting your brand on it.

Custom design project
$10k–$50k
$5,000 deposit to begin · 30-day turnaround
A $5,000 deposit locks in my calendar and is the point at which I start working on your project seriously. From there the fee is set by scope — $10,000 for focused work, up to $50,000 for a ground-up device program. Completed designs are delivered within 30 days.

Manufacturing

6–12 months to a market-ready device
Production runs through partner factories in Shenzhen that can build your device to spec. Prototype production, testing and manufacturing together typically take six months to a year — sometimes longer — from conception to a device that is genuinely ready for market. Anyone who quotes you less than that is skipping something.

Packaging

We can design any packaging you want around the device — retail boxes, inserts, child-resistant formats, shelf-ready displays, and print-ready dielines. Turnaround is 30 business days from the moment I have what I need to start.

A sketch on a napkin is enough. So is a competitor product and a list of what you would change about it.
Your market and compliance needs
Which states or countries you sell into, and what testing or certification that obligates us to.
Brand assets
Palette with Pantone numbers, vector logos, and a written design direction. Required for packaging, useful for device CMF.
A decision-maker
One person who can approve a direction. Design by committee is what breaks 30-day turnarounds.
TERMS
Deposits
$5,000 opens the project: it locks a confirmed start date, a written schedule, and my capacity. It is credited in full against the final fee. The remaining balance is due on completion, before files are transferred.

Revisions
Three rounds of revision are included in every design project. Beyond that, or for changes that move outside the agreed scope, additional work is quoted and billed separately.

Ownership & NDA
You own the finished design outright once it is paid for and transferred. I keep no equity unless agreed in writing beforehand. Mutual NDAs are available before a consultation and signed as standard before design work begins.
