Omega Elite

Traditional disposable hardware is built around liquid oil. A processor working with solid extract — shatter, badder, rosin, full melt — has to heat it and convert it to liquid before it can be filled, and every gram that sticks to the vessel on the way is product they already paid for.

The Omega Elite removes that step. A glazed ceramic cup accepts solid and semi-solid extract as it is, loaded straight into the finished device. No conversion, no transfer loss, no third handling stage in a filling operation that already runs tight on labor.

Getting there meant solving the hard part in the ceramic and the thermal profile: a cup that holds material without scorching it, heat distributed evenly enough to work across extracts with very different behavior, and an architecture a high-volume filling line could actually run without unit-to-unit drift.

Across 100 oz processed, that difference represents roughly 200–600 g of potential material loss avoided — product already paid for, recovered.

Not every brand needs a new device

Disposables, all-in-ones, pod systems, 510 cartridges, rechargeables — most brands are better served adapting a proven platform than starting from a blank sheet. Same tooling, your form factor, your CMF, your packaging, at a fraction of the time and cost of a ground-up program.

The reason the timelines on this site are real, and the reason problems get caught before they cost you tooling money, is that I am in the building. Not on a call with a broker — on the floor, in Mandarin, with the engineers who build it.

I coined the term in 2018 for a horizontal ceramic heating architecture that has since become a category of its own across the industry.

A concentrate device built around portability without giving up the draw characteristics of a proper rig.

A postless disposable — removing the center post to simplify the airpath, the fill process, and the part count.

A 510-thread cartridge designed around consistent draw and low leak rates in high-volume filling.

OMEGA XL V2

One body, five mouthpieces

Draw characteristics are the part of a device people feel and cannot name. Rather than pick one and argue about it, the XL V2 takes five interchangeable mouthpieces on the same housing — a standard oval, a narrow-bore terpene profile, a wide-bore for volume, a borosilicate glass capsule, and a flat comfort fit. Brands choose the one that suits their extract instead of inheriting mine.
